How to return items?

Go to Your Orders. (guarantee you have endorsed previously)

Pick a thing that you need to return or supplant.

Select an explanation from the menu and proceed.

You really want to contact the dealer to start returns for satisfied merchant orders. To do as such -

Go to Your Orders.

Pick a thing that you need to return or supplant.

Select Contact Dealer. You will be coordinated with the Seller Messaging Assistant.

Select the proper choice and begin the discussion.

Go to Your Orders to start a return.

Support Policies & Procedures

Deepika International's primary approach to supporting our customers is through the "Contact Us" function that is available on our site using the ticket function in the user dashboard. To ensure we consistently achieve best-in-class CSAT via Intercom, we have implemented 2 hours or fewer response times. Our support team's average time to first response time is about one hour.


·         Standard Support Hours:

o    Mon. - Fri. 8 am to 8 pm ET

o    Anticipated response within 2 hours from the time of receipt

·         Non-Standard Support Hours:

o    Evenings: 5 pm - 8 pm ET

o    Weekends: 9 am - 5 pm ET
